• Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $50.00/hr
• On Target earnings: $100k-$140k/year based on performance

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Year‑round work with flexible shift schedules; no on‑call or overnight work.
• Use a fully stocked, take‑home company vehicle and gas card.
• Professional uniform and cleaning service.
• Participate in comprehensive training opportunities, including technical, sales, safety, leadership, and systems training.
• Leverage national network support for professional growth and transfer opportunities.

• At least 5 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.
• Willingness to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
