We are seeking a Sales and Service Technician to join our team! You will install, service and replace sump pump and backup sump pump equipment.
Responsibilities:
Install, service and replace sump pumps
Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Manage vehicle and inventory
Qualifications:
High School diploma (minimum) required
Valid drivers license with good driving record
Previous experience in machinery or other related fields (Preferred but not required)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with tools
Ability to handle physical workload
Effectively communicate and present information to customers
