- Monitor customer sales activity and nurture new leads and opportunities.
- Plan, prepare, and execute face‑to‑face and virtual meetings with customers in the assigned U.S. territory.
- Cultivate and develop the U.S. territory through frequent customer contact, nurturing the sales funnel, leads, and opportunities.
- Grow the territory by expanding target accounts, collaborating with marketing on campaigns and hot leads, and attending trade shows.
- Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for customers, and collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Estimating, Quality, etc.) on pricing, contracts, and territory development.
- Travel to meet customers in the territory as business needs require.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of technical sales experience with strong direct customer contact.
- Strong self‑management and time‑management skills; effective communication across all channels.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships; CRM/system experience a plus.
- Travel up to 10–12 weeks per year as needed.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
Base salary: $70,000 – $90,000 USD (actual may vary) with bonus and incentive opportunities.
