As an Assistant Store Manager, you will ensure smooth sales‑floor operations, coach staff, maintain compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Direct and oversee sales‑floor operations from opening through closing
• Train and mentor new employees on service standards, policies, and procedures
• Create and manage daily lunch and break schedules to keep coverage consistent
• Delegate tasks, support staff, and keep the sales floor organized and productive
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support coaching or disciplinary actions
• Address customer and employee concerns quickly and fairly
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
• Step into any sales‑floor role to maintain service levels when needed

• 1+ year experience in cannabis retail leadership (preferred) or equivalent
• Strong communication and natural leadership skills
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and adaptable under pressure
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Confident in compliance, company policies, and operational standards

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s degree in Business Management preferred
• At least one year of cannabis retail supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment (including background check and agent card, if applicable)

The Assistant Store Manager role serves as a launchpad for leadership careers.
