ECHO is hiring summer students in our Facilities Department! This position will run from May 2026 through August 2026.
This position will be mostly outdoors with the opportunity to use our newest ECHO products!
Hours are M-F 8am – 4pm at our Lake Zurich facility. This position is paying $17- $20/HR based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities- Mowing lawns with ECHO ride-on lawnmowers.
- Trimming around landscaping, sidewalks, and driveways using ECHO string trimmers.
- Clearing grass clippings, maintaining mulch beds, and tending to trees/shrubs.
- Washing ground-level windows both inside and outside.
- Conducting overall cleanup of trash and debris for a tidy appearance of our facilities.
- Painting interior and exterior structures at ground level when necessary.
- Teamwork-oriented.
- Self-starter with "Can Do" attitude.
- Must be 16+ and enrolled in high school or college.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.).
- Able to currently work in the United States.
- Must be able to work outdoors in variable elements such as heat, rain, and wind.
