Accounts Payable Manager
The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of accounts payable transactions across inventory purchases, fixed assets, leases, service contracts, and general expenses. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑volume, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Include- Oversee daily posting of inventory, fixed asset, and expense purchases
- Manage the employee expense reporting system and corporate credit card program
- Ensure accurate and timely cash disbursements
- Support month‑end close processes including in‑transit accruals and unrecorded invoice accruals
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Lead system and workflow improvements in procurement, payment systems, and approval processes
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to AP staff
- Own and manage the 3‑way match discrepancy process in collaboration with purchasing and warehouse leadership

What We’re Looking For
Required Experience- Minimum 10 years accounts payable, with 2+ years AP management in a manufacturing/distribution setting
- Advanced Excel and ERP skills (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or comparable systems)
- Strong leadership, communication, and internal business partnership track record
- Familiarity with major accounting systems;
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred - Experience with OCR tools and AP automation platforms
- Background in inventory‑heavy operations
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Excellent problem‑solving mindset
- High attention to detail
- Strong process‑improvement and control‑focused orientation
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage competing priorities
- Leadership role with significant operational impact
