You are adept at building relationships with guests via in-person, website chat, email, phone, texting and social media.

You embrace training & new learning to excel at product knowledge about the brands and vehicles we sell, as well as competitive makes, and effectively overcome guest objections.

Responsibilities
  • Review online vehicle inventory daily to ensure accuracy on dealer website and 3rd party websites. Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Respond and engage with in-store and online sales inquiries using our CRM tool, chat, email, text, phone and social media messaging to understand guest needs and match with inventory.
  • Film brief vehicle overviews and send to guest for interest.
  • Schedule and confirm guest test drive appointment, prepare vehicle prior to arrival, greet guest, accompany on test drive to demonstrate features and technology.
  • Be well‑versed in brand and competitive product knowledge and effectively overcome guest objections.
  • Regularly communicate with guest until the sale has closed, coordinating the transaction from presentation to pre‑finance paperwork.
  • Coordinate delivered vehicle to guest, ensuring understanding of features and warranty. Introduce to service department and schedule first maintenance appointment.
  • Prospect new business using dealership database and networking to build repeat business.
  • Update and manage guest profiles in dealership database. Maintain CSI scores equal to or above manufacturer requirements.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
  • Experience preferred but will train.
  • Regularly engage in continuing education to maintain manufacturer certifications for product knowledge and technology.
  • Experienced at using CRM software is a plus.
  • Comfortable using digital communication tools – social media, email, text, and phone.
  • Bi‑lingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly desirable.
  • Exceptional guest service skills required.
  • Excellent verbal & non‑verbal, listening, and problem‑solving skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.
  • Professional, well‑groomed appearance.
  • Desire to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction scores.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Valid U.S. government issued driver’s license, safe driving record, and eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background screening and drug test.
