We are seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience (retail/sales is a plus). The Store Manager will be accountable for day‑to‑day operations, promote a positive and productive environment, lead, coach, and develop staff, recruit and retain top talent, and manage financial goals and customer relations.
Responsibilities- Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers and rapidly addressing issues.
- Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet First Cash standards.
- Recruit top talent through company‑prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, count cash drawers and merchandise, and ensure all procedures are followed for asset protection.
- Ensure asset protection through inventory control, property safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
- Administer store processes and procedures including inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, systems, and reporting.
- Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal‑setting.
- Maintain operating standards meeting or exceeding First Cash standards.
- Monitor loan qualification and buying processes for value and integrity.
- Complete assigned tasks and training for self‑development as requested.
- Communicate clearly with employees to ensure understanding of mission and profit objectives.
- Remain up‑to‑date on product knowledge.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to perform tasks for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others effectively.
- Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
- Potential to assist customers outside the building or retrieve products from exterior storage.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
- Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Work 45+ hours a week; hours may vary by business needs.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems and office equipment.
- Strong multitasking, organization, analytical skills.
- Cash handling experience required.
- Independent work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent work ethic and business sense.

Commission Plan InformationCommission is based on the store’s monthly gross profit. Detailed information will be provided during the interview process.
Pay rates will not be below any applicable local minimum wage requirements.
