Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience in a restaurant or related field

Flexible and long hours required at times

Approach all encounters with guests in a friendly, socially distanced, and service-oriented manner

Maintain cleanliness of high touch points throughout the kitchen

Follow a regular schedule compliant with Too Jay’s business needs and Covid-19 cleanliness protocols

Maintain high standards of personal grooming, including proper uniform and PPE as regulated

Ability to stand for entire shift and exert up to 50 pounds

Navigate safely throughout the kitchen and walk-ins

Handle and operate kitchen equipment safely, including microwave, knives, steam table, gas range, ovens, slicers, and other tools; answer phones as needed

Reach overhead, carry trays and cooler bags, handle hot and cold beverages, and communicate effectively with co-workers
