Food Service Worker​/Cashier

Overview

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time FOOD SERVICE WORKER/CASHIER positions at PBSC Boca Raton, 4200 Congress Avenue, Lake Worth, FL 33461. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Full time and part time;
Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Further details upon interview. Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

• Performs cashiering duties and sales transactions, including entering sales into the cash register and issuing receipts.
• Provides general food service support and maintains sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining areas.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables; weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Transports food and supplies between work stations while adhering to safety standards; distributes utensils and equipment as needed.
• Stores foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and food safety procedures; ensures proper portion control and serving temperatures.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and general supplies; maintains area cleanliness and sanitation compliance.
• Interacts with customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner and resolves customer concerns when they arise.
• Relays information to the supervisor as needed and performs other duties as assigned.

• Requirement:
  Previous customer service and/or culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
