A Restaurant cook is responsible for preparing quality food that tastes great and is consistent day‑to‑day, following Wingstop operational standards. This position ensures compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation. The cook must maintain high quality and follow proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures. The role requires focus and efficiency, representing the culture and mission of Wingstop.

  Provide an outgoing and positive attitude, handle orders and inquiries professionally, ensure quality product and service, notify Manager of guest issues, resolve low‑level complaints with a positive attitude.
• Team Oriented:
  Work well with others, support the team, provide feedback, assist other positions when necessary.
• Process Compliance:
  Follow safe handling procedures, stay updated on product and procedural changes, open/close the restaurant, handle cooking tasks, coordinate timing, sauce, season, package orders to standards, maintain cleanliness, safe use of chemicals.

• High School diploma preferred
• Some hospitality experience preferred
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance
• Must be 18 years or older
