• Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
• Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc., as needed
• Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests’ questions clearly
• Accurately enter orders into POS system
• Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests promptly
• Collect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards), ensure transactions are correct, and deliver correct change
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework
• Pack and verify all ToGo orders with guests
• Greet guests at the curbside pickup area
• Stand and walk 100% of shift; reach, bend, stoop frequently
• Deliver plates and clear tables, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
• Speak, read, and write English fluently
• Read and write handwritten guest checks and notes
• Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification
• Work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
• Work a five-day work week
