The Food Service Director oversees all food service operations across multiple sites, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role provides leadership, financial oversight, and maintaining consistency and excellence across all locations with a strong focus on large-scale catering and client relationship management. Serves as a key liaison between the company, client, and community.

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Manage high-volume catering operations, including planning and execution of events
• Collaborate with Chef and management team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals
• Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
• Act as liaison between company, client, and community

• BS in Hospitality preferred
• Multi-unit operations preferred
• 3–5 years of food service management experience required
• Extensive catering experience strongly preferred
• Dining experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial and business acumen
• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills
