We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, Florida. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team to provide exceptional care to our residents. This is a full-time opportunity with a shift of 3p-11p, working every other weekend.

• Supervise and direct the activities of the nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Monitor and report on resident conditions, progress, and concerns
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
• Provide training and education to staff members
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Current RN license in the State of Florida
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassion, empathy, and understanding of the needs of seniors and their families
