Pay Rate: Up to $40 per hour

Palm Beach Nursing is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated clinical team. In this role, you will support nursing leadership while ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and excellence in nursing operations.

• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing department operations in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure all nursing staff perform duties in alignment with their job descriptions and professional standards.
• Participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by authorized regulatory agencies, as directed by the DON and ADON.
• Conduct daily rounds of the Nursing Services Department to monitor staff performance and promote best nursing practices.
• Review complaints and grievances from department personnel and ensure appropriate documentation and reporting to the Director of Nursing Services.

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
