Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is 100% committed to the professional and personal development of our family of associates. You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It's up to you to make your store a success.

We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program to prepare you for success.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius store
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Serve Safe certified for Food Safety

Employees must work in hot, noisy environments, lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and conflict management skills are essential.
