Responsible for administering various tests, scoring and processing related materials. Conducts training for placement testing, responds to inquiries, and troubleshoots minor technical issues during the testing process. Position requires the ability to work a fluctuating schedule, including nights and weekends.
Day in the Life- Sets up tests according to established protocol.
- Monitors the administration of various tests.
- Scans, scores and electronically submits test scores.
- Responds to complex inquiries regarding College policy and procedures.
- Directs students to proper portions of testing software and addresses minor problems.
- Ensures security and confidentiality of test records and data collection.
- Provides reading and scribe services for students with disabilities.
- Welcomes and assists persons who come into the department.
- Provides administrative support to the department.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED with additional training related to the position.
- One year of related experience.
- Microsoft Office Professional or similar application.
- Attention to detail while maintaining effective time and task management.
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing on a regular basis with internal and external customers, build relationships, manage customer expectations and take responsibility for a high level of service.

- Stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Stand for extended periods of time.
- Use of video display terminal.
- Use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Communicate information orally and in writing.
- Receive and understand information through oral and written communication.
- Proofread and check documents for accuracy.
- Work a fluctuating work schedule.
