Role responsibilitiesResponsible for the professional and efficient management of all daily campus-based maintenance and operational plant issues, including oversight of routine reactive, emergency response, and preventative maintenance programs at the Lake Worth campus, Historic Building, and other properties owned or operated by the College. Accountable for the hiring, supervision, and training of campus-based maintenance, grounds, and custodial staff to ensure adherence to operational, maintenance and safety standards.
Prepares and administers the facilities budget to purchase utilities, equipment, and materials for the campus.
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Minimum four years of related experience, and experience in supervision
- Facilities management, operation and maintenance
- Microsoft Office Professional or similar application
The minimum base pay for this position starts at $67,885.00 annually; however, the offer may vary based on the candidate’s education and experience.
