Groundskeeper (Full‑Time, Weekends) – Lake Park, FL

Location: Lake Park, FL
Pay Range: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Thursday–Monday 7:00 am–3:00 pm (Tues & Wed off)

As a Groundskeeper, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the building/facility.

• Cut grass, maintain lawn, trim around trees, walkways, and markers.
• Clear debris and keep drives and walkways in safe condition.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of supplies, equipment, and/or merchandise as needed.
• Maintain, service, clean, and properly store equipment.
• Use new equipment properly and follow safety procedures before use.

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Experience using handheld tools such as weed cutter, push lawn mower, hedge trimmer, edger, leaf vacuum, blower, and others.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Prior experience in grounds maintenance preferred.
• Compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines concerning storage and use of chemical substances.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs following appropriate safety procedures.
• Work in an upright standing position for long periods.
• Climb ladders and work at heights up to 3 ft.
• Work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain).
• Walk and climb stairs.
• Handle, finger, grasp, and feel objects and equipment.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Navigate the property/building quickly and efficiently to meet job functions.
• Repeat various motions with wrists, hands, and fingers.
