We are seeking a detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our dedicated team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center. As a key member of our environmental services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility. • Maintain a clean and organized environment by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting patient rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Restock supplies and linens as needed.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to infection control and patient safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in environmental services or a related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
