Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA - Per Diem

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Lake Worth, FL (Palm Beach)

Schedule: PRN/Per Diem, 12-hour shifts, AM or PM available

• Perform services for patients including bathing using basin‑less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and hair care.
• Participate in hourly rounds.
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centres when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs.
• Keep patients’ rooms in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)
• Requires hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (e.g. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
