Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and adolescents under Florida Medicaid.
Location and Job TypeLocation:
Palm Beach (Clinic, In-Home, or Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time; W2 or 1099 (negotiable)
Responsibilities- Develop and update individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs in accordance with BACB & Medicaid requirements
- Monitor client progress using data and adjust programs as needed
- Parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Complete all documentation required by Florida Medicaid and funding sources
- Experience with Florida Medicaid ABA services
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid documentation & compliance standards
- Experience with Office Puzzle
