Jr. Call Center Admissions Representative

Praesum currently provides services to behavioral health facilities providing all levels of care from inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse detoxification, through SUD and mental health outpatient clinics.

The Jr. Call Center Admission Representative will be a liaison between our company and its current and potential clients and partners. Managing 100-200 incoming and outgoing calls per day, this role requires scheduling, re‑scheduling appointments, solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

• Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Maintain facility bed boards
• Complete all detox and TCC confirmation calls as scheduled
• Assist with documentation and scheduling of files
• Assist PSC with daily outreach and follow up
• Assist with overflow calls
• Ensure patients have completed required documentation in the patient portal prior to assessment
• Help to manage EHR calendar listing
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma / GED preferred
• Customer Support experience
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Salesforce experience
• Individual must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
