Salary: $80K-$110K/year

Job Summary: As a key member of our management team, the Director of Rehab will be responsible for overseeing the Rehabilitation department at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, a premier sub-acute medical care and rehabilitation facility in Lake Worth, FL. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve their highest level of function and independence.

• Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of licensed therapists, including OTs, PTs, and SLPs
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes staff engagement and retention
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community resources to ensure seamless transitions and patient referrals
• Manage department budgets, including labor, supplies, and equipment
• Conduct quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Participate in activities that promote the center s mission and values, including providing exceptional customer service and advocacy for patients and families

• Bachelor s degree in a related field (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with a strong clinical background
• Current licensure or certification as an OT, PT, or SLP
• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing budgets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
