Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our travel team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) unit setting in Lake Worth, FL. This is a full‑time travel contract position.

• Provide speech and language evaluation and intervention for SNF residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document services, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with facility and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely billing and coding documentation.

• Active Florida SNF Unit license for Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum of 2 years of applicable SLP experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a travel/contract environment.
