• Assist people with personal hygiene.
• Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Take initiative to promote participant wellbeing and trust from leaders.
• Experience ownership and trust to do what’s right for participants.

• Competitive Pay: $16 per hour (Pay on Demand).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred).
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
