• Draft and engineer detailed shop drawings for approval and fabrication of luxury residential millwork projects in Lake Worth Beach, FL.
• Lead, mentor, and review work from the drafting team, ensuring quality and accuracy through redlines and QA processes.
• Coordinate with project management, field teams, and fabrication to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Create material and parts lists and perform shop inspections to verify constructability.
• Update as‑built drawings and support project documentation for successful project completion.
