Responsible for the leadership, administration, and oversight of the assigned grant and student success programs. Directs and oversees assigned programs, providing students in secondary education with educational opportunities, post-secondary access, and resources for completion. Develops and implements student success initiatives that align with grant, department, and the College’s goals. Designs methods for retaining and increasing academic success of students. This is a grant funded position.
Continued employment is contingent upon grant funding.

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:Education and Experience:
- Four years of related experience, including supervisory experience
- Curriculum development and training techniques
- Pedagogical practices aimed at creating a positive classroom environment
- Assessment and evaluation methods in education
- Microsoft Office Professional or similar application
Education and Experience:
- Experience in primary and secondary education
- Experience teaching in post-secondary education
- Experience creating and conducting training and development initiatives
The minimum base pay for this position starts at $63,411.00 annually; however, the offer may vary based on the candidate’s education and experience.
