Orthodontist – Part-Time Opportunity (1–2 Days/Month with Growth Potential)

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and personable Orthodontist to join our team on a part-time basis, starting 1–2 days per month, with the opportunity to increase as patient demand continues to grow. Success in this role means providing high-quality orthodontic care (braces and clear aligners), aligning treatment with patients’ esthetic and functional goals, and working closely with our general dentist to deliver comprehensive care plans.
You will be supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, in a well-equipped office with digital x-rays, CBCT, intraoral scanner, and Dentrix software.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and provide orthodontic treatment, including braces, clear aligners, and retainers.
- Review and utilize digital scans and radiographs for precise treatment planning.
- Communicate treatment options and progress clearly to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate records and charting.
- Collaborate with the general dentist and team to ensure integrated, comprehensive care.
- DDS or DMD degree with specialty training in Orthodontics.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Current malpractice insurance required.
- Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills.
- Patient-centered and team-oriented.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
