Overnight Front Desk (Full-Time/ M-F/ Lake Park, FL)
Location: Lake Park, FL
Pay Range: $20 - $22/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday 11pm - 7am (Overnight/ Sat & Sun OFF)
As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be responsible for working independently and without direct supervision. Possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Be detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out. Understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitor and operate electronic security control systems; and accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Monitor Emergency Response System.
- Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees.
- Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems.
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage access to the building.
- Maintain daily log, records, and forms.
- Resolve and follow up on all complaints/issues.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
- May be assigned other duties by the on‑site property manager.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Other duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
- Two to three years of business experience preferred.
- Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Multiple language fluency desirable.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
- Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
- Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of spoken and written word.
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet job functions.
- Complete all required forms.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.
- Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
As a full‑time exempt associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits including multiple medical plans, dental, and vision.
