Reservations Concierge

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Florida home–based Reservations Concierge to join our team at Norman's Cay. The role involves managing reservation inquiries from discerning travelers or agencies, providing full‑scope personalized concierge services to clients, and fulfilling duties with professionalism and care. You will be a primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, managing schedules, and maintaining seamless communication with both clients and our island teams to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

• Manage reservation inquiries from travelers and agencies.
• Provide personalized concierge services and recommendations.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, and follow‑ups efficiently.
• Maintain seamless communication with clients and island teams.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the high‑quality brand of Norman’s Cay.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detailed and professional.
• Strong customer‑service skills to ensure prompt and courteous interactions.
• Ability to handle receptionist duties and manage guest inquiries and bookings efficiently.
• Proficiency in hospitality software and scheduling tools is beneficial;
  Microsoft Office Word & Excel are required; proficiency with Opera Cloud PMS is a plus but not required.
• Team‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.
• Experience working in luxury sales or marketing; travel experience, hospitality a plus but not required.
