ScheduleVarying between: 7:00am–3:30pm, 3:00pm–11:30pm, or 11:00pm–7:30am
Job OverviewAs a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be responsible for working independently and without direct supervision. You will possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. You will be detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Your duties include meeting and greeting residents; checking guests and service providers in and out; understanding and responding to emergency response and access control procedures; monitoring and operating electronic security control systems;
and accurately maintaining daily logs, records, and forms.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time‑management skills.
- Monitor the Emergency Response System.
- Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees.
- Monitor and control Electronic Security Systems.
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and control access to the building.
- Maintain daily log, records, and forms.
- Resolve and follow up on all complaints/issues.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
- May be assigned other duties by the on‑site property manager.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Other duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- College‑level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
- Two to three years of business experience preferred.
- Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Multiple language fluency is desirable.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
- Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods.
- Handle, grasp, and lift objects and packages.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.
- Ability to quickly navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions.
- Complete required forms.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.
- Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
As a full‑time exempt associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits including choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision.
