Scheduling Coordinator – Orthodontic Office. Are you friendly, organized, and quick on your feet? Our fast-paced, patient-focused orthodontic office is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who can do more than just answer phones—we need someone who can make a great first impression.

What you’ll do:

• Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming calls and handle scheduling with ease and empathy
• Take payments and manage basic front desk transactions
• Help keep the front office running smoothly and efficiently
• Handle occasional tough conversations (yes, even an upset mom!) with patience and grace

Who we’re looking for:

• Intelligent, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Takes initiative—no hand-holding required
• Willing to learn and grow (no excuses, just solutions)
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work some Saturdays
• Experience is a plus, but a sharp mind and a great attitude matter most
