Location:
Telecommute (Designated Office: Palm Springs, FL)
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday (M-Th: 8AM-5:30PM/Fri: 8AM-12PM)
Pay: up to $18.62 per hour commensurate with experience

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering exceptional customer care, and communicating with diverse populations. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for callers seeking support and resources. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
* Scheduling appointments and responding to client and provider inquiries
* Providing general information on available community resources
* Accurately gathering details and entering information into various databases
* Managing email communication and updating records
* Assisting providers with questions or requests
What We're Looking For
* Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish - Required (read, write, speak).
* High school diploma (Associate Degree preferred)
* Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience, especially with high call volume
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent data entry and typing skills (swift and accurate)
* High reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
* Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
* Compassionate, empathetic mindset with a customer-first approach
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues
