Job Description Summary /ObjectiveResponsible for ensuring all products and manufacturing processes meet our quality standards.
Essential Roles- Perform in-process and final inspections on parts and finished goods
- Verify product conformity against engineering drawings and specifications
- Document inspection results using quality records and digital systems
- Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Maintain calibration status of measuring tools and inspection equipment
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA teams to maintain product quality
- Other duties as assigned

The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. This position requires standing, walking, and bending. The employee will regularly be required to lift and/or move items over 25 pounds. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Education& Experience
- High school/GED equivalent required
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role (preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings)
- Strong understanding of inspection techniques, measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.), and quality standards
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection plans
- Proficient with basic computer processes including data entry, email communication, and use of Excel or ERP systems
- Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality systems
- Familiarity with root cause analysis, 5 Whys, or other quality tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
