This position reports directly to the Wellness Director and assists with the implementation and coordination of resident care services, including medication management.

Responsibilities include providing timely med passes, managing medication, performing health services under RN supervision, conducting routine measurements, laundry, evacuations, fire drills, and other tasks as assigned.

The role also involves personal care tasks such as laundry, serving food, assisting with activities of daily living, and supporting health services under the supervision of the Community CEO.
