Lawn Doctor of Antioch

This full-time position offers growth potential for the right candidate who demonstrates initiative, strong communication skills, and alignment with our company values. The position begins immediately and runs year-round (with increased hours during peak season).
About the RoleSchedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 5 or 8-hour shifts (start time is flexible, but must be available until 5 PM)
- Some Saturdays during the busy season (9 AM – 1 PM)
We are seeking a results-driven Customer Service/Sales Representative who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue through inbound and outbound communication.
Compensation- $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience
- Commission opportunities (based on sales achieved)

- Answer inbound calls from customers and prospects
- Make outbound follow‑up calls on estimates and customer satisfaction
- Follow up on canceled customers for customer satisfaction
- Sell services over the phone and meet sales goals
- Respond to all customer emails
- Offer additional or seasonal services
- Maintain accurate customer data and account records
- Process paperwork from the sales and service team
- Strong work ethic and ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to learn new software systems (training provided)
- Experience in the lawn care industry is a plus but not required
