The Residential Therapist works to alleviate or stabilize mental health symptoms of selected clients, which impair their ability to adjust to home, community integration, or maintain living stability. The role involves providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, or groups regarding psychological or emotional problems, including developing assessment and treatment plans for clients.
Job DutiesEducation: MA/MS in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required. License eligibility required; license preferred.
Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred.
Other: Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required, with appropriate auto insurance coverage.
