Sr. Project Engineer (Installation)

The Sr. Installation Project Engineer is responsible for managing and coordinating the installation of automated industrial systems at customer sites. This role involves active project management, customer interaction, and oversight of installation activities, serving as a liaison between clients, internal engineering teams, and field crews. The ideal candidate excels in keeping projects on track, managing scopes and schedules, directing small engineering teams, and ensuring that installation work aligns with technical and customer expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years of industrial engineering, project engineering, or installation engineering experience
• Strong experience in industrial electrical and/or mechanical installation projects
• Small team leadership or project coordination experience

Occasional travel to local customer sites for commissioning, installations, and services is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Station, IN.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $51.00/hr.
