Position: Physiotherapist (Full-Time) – Orthopedics, Pelvic Health – Multiple Locations

Compensation and Start

Potential
:
Aim to earn a minimum $100,000 (Full-time at 35 available hours, 80% booked, 80% retention). As a growing clinic with a strong digital presence and ties to the community, aim to receive one new client on average per shift. We provide a creative compensation plan through our unique performance based compensation model. Compensation is paid per client hour, with bonuses, incentives and allowances.

  • Compensation starts at $75 per client hour. Base hourly and base plus commission models are also available when starting up a caseload.
  • Earn up to $1500/quarter in bonuses based on billings.
  • Increases in compensation are guaranteed yearly*
  • We also provide in-house wellness privileges, a health spending account and extended health benefits that cover drugs and dental.
  • Mentorship and teamwork occur regularly, both in structured and unstructured formats.

, ranging from 2-5%, based on performance reviews, status and tenure. Employees are encouraged to progress through a career ladder growing into senior associate, and brand ambassador roles.

Skills and Experience

Skills
:
You will combine manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, education and coaching into client care. You will also possess strong caseload relationship management and retention skills with an interest in brand building, customer service and community engagement.

Resiliency, reflection and personal growth are a must!

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a private outpatient setting (minimum 1-2 years) is preferred.
  • For Pelvic health applicants Registration or completion of Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1 is required.
Start date / Location

This position is set to start as soon as possible. We are currently hiring at Etobicoke (Two locations: Royal York & The Queensway/ Lake Shore Blvd West & Parklawn Rd) to replace an outgoing therapist with an active caseload.

    Private Practice, Manual Therapy, Caseload Management, Communication & Exercise Principles
  • Monthly clinical rounds
  • Internal workshops for skills such as taping, acupuncture and spinal manipulation
  • Up to $1000 of educational allowance per year
