Join a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative clinical environment where growth and teamwork are at the forefront. This Charge/Lead RN position partners closely with the Clinic Manager to support multiple units, providing hands-on leadership and operational guidance.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with management and staff to drive clinical excellence.
• Lead initiatives such as tracer audits, competency development, and process improvement.
• Support staffing needs across units, stepping in as needed to ensure seamless patient care.

All units are conveniently located on the same floor, with the exception of the Breast Surgery unit, which is just across the parking lot.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed RN
• Prior leadership experience in a clinic or ambulatory setting is preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
• Current Registered Nurse license in Missouri (or compact state as applicable)

Provides leadership to staff in performing clinical or patient care activities.

• Lead or coordinate daily operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or staff.
• Monitor and review progress of work and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff.
• Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned staff; may provide input in performance reviews.
• Work with providers in the clinic and perform administrative duties; take vitals; design, interpret and implement clinical policies and procedures.
• Apply evidence-based practice to nursing care, ensuring care aligns with patient age-specific needs and department scope.
• Maintain safety and alertness at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing

• One year registered nurse experience

• Constant use of speech for communication; standing and walking
• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling 0-25 lbs; occasional 25-50 lbs
• Frequent sitting, reaching, keyboard use; good vision and color perception
• Frequent hearing; occasional driving; occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting

• BLS Healthcare Provider (AHA)
• RN – Missouri licensed or compact state
