• Assists with examinations and treatments under the direction of a nurse practitioner, registered nurse, licensed practical nurse or physician.
• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients' charts. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.
• Assists with treatments ordered by provider under supervision and performs select clinical duties.
• Interviews patients, maintains records, answers the phone, and performs basic clerical duties.
• Performs basic materials management, including ordering and stocking supplies; helps maintain a clean and orderly environment.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safety.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
• Wisconsin ONLY - High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience, and graduate from a medical assistant school or training program or education equivalency for certification
