• Pay rate is $15.00 / hour
• Potential to earn overtime
• Position will be Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm
• Rotational Saturdays from 10am-5pm

What you'll be doing!

• Professional engagement:
  Handle a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally while providing a warm and friendly greeting to callers, identifying yourself and the company
• Provide resolution:
  Identify and prioritize urgent or escalated issues, ensuring prompt resolution
• Exceptional service:
  Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations by assisting customers with placing orders, processing payments, or updating account information
• Documentation and system updates:
  Accurately and thoroughly document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Adherence excellence:
  Follow established call center guidelines, procedures, and scripts to ensure consistency and quality of service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service, call center or retail experience preferred
• Comfortable using computer systems, software applications, and telephone systems required
