Location
Inside and outside the dealership (sales floor, showroom entrance, lot as needed)
Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Primary Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly as they arrive on the sales floor or lot
- Notify salespeople and sales managers that customers are waiting
- Use phone and text messaging to communicate customer arrivals and needs
- Direct customers appropriately and ensure they are acknowledged quickly
- Maintain a friendly, professional first impression for the dealership
- Comfortable using a smartphone for calls and texting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to be on feet and move between indoor and outdoor areas
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
