Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T1941) s role focuses on delivering guest-ready floors, visual merchandising, and a strong guest experience while supporting operations and brand offerings.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use them to solve guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority and manual fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization, locate merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing execution for promotions.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms as opportunities to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service is worked back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up; comply with applicable laws (e.g., alcohol-related regulations) when performing duties.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and other tech as directed.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of staying focused in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed; climb ladders; lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally (assistance may be required).
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance; able to work in varying temperatures and conditions; able to remain mobile for shift duration.
