Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at North Lake Care Center in Lake Park, Florida. As a Part Time RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:- Deliver individualized, patient-centered care to our residents, adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and ethical practices.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, including the development of individualized treatment plans and progress reports.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families, promoting autonomy, dignity, and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of age-related care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient needs and responding to emergency situations
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
