• Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program. BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years emergency room experience; 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (current upon hire).
• TNCC (within 6 months of hire).
• Current Florida nursing license.
• Successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
