QUALIFICATIONS- Master’s degree in education or a related field
- Professional Educator License with the following endorsements:
- Bilingual Education Endorsement required, preferably in Spanish
- General Administration Endorsement required
- English as a New Language (ENL) Endorsement required
- Minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience
- Proven experience in curriculum design, bilingual education, or culturally responsive pedagogy
- Strong knowledge of language acquisition theory, instructional strategies, and assessment practices for all learners
- Experience collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement instructional programs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with technology tools for instruction and data management
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with families, businesses, and community organizations
Director of Multilingual Services
SALARY / RATE$140,000 to $150,000 per year based on relevant experience.
