About The Brand

Fleet Mobile Maintenance (FMM) service offerings include mobile preventative maintenance and mechanical repair, tire replacement and repair services, and trailer repair and maintenance services. FMM serves several markets in the Southeast corridor of Michigan, including Detroit, Ann Arbor, Battle Creek, Lansing, and Flint. We also have technicians serving customers in Indianapolis, Cleveland, Louisville, and Nashville. We strive to be the best service providers by following two ideals: adhering to DOT standards and putting customers’ needs first.

Our on-site service comes to you, reducing downtime and unnecessary equipment movement. We focus on building long-term relationships with every customer by keeping their equipment safe, compliant, rolling, and on time.

Epika is a network of mobile and in-shop preventative maintenance service centers focused on commercial fleets across the country. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair our customers’ Commercial Tractors and Trailers
• Write detailed work orders - work Mobile Road Calls and/or In Yard
• Provide quality customer service
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components
• Perform preventative maintenance measures on fleet semi-trucks and trailers
• Maintain hubs and axles and adjust or replace them when required
• Inspect, service, and replace tractor and trailer parts, including tires
• Check and repair the brake, electrical, and hydraulic system
• Test all systems and equipment for performance issues
• Ensure that trailers meet the U.S. Department of Transportation s road safety requirements
• Compile inspection reports, document repairs, and report all findings to management
• Respond to client queries as soon as possible

• 5+ years of verified experience in Commercial Tractor and Trailer repair
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds
• Basic computer skills to submit repairs for billing
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks
• Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders

• Experience with welding; certification is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Technical school degree is a plus
• Class A CDL
• Your own tools

• Mon-Fri schedule with voluntary on-call
