Responsible for receiving, tagging and maintaining retail inventory and storage for the Company’s stores to ensure efficient operations and high customer service. Maintain the warehouse in an organized and clean manner.

• Receive all inbound shipments accurately and input into Retail Pro system.
• Tag and store all inbound merchandise.
• Track and record inbound inventory to place replenishment orders in a timely manner using Retail Pro reports.
• Ensure logistics of replenishment stock.
• Rotate time-sensitive items daily and dispose of when shelf life reached.
• Assist in invoicing and voucher processing meeting payables requirements.
• Manage and maintain a neat warehouse accessible to staff.
• Package and ship retail outgoing shipments according to expectations.
• Understand ISO management systems, policies, and initiatives related to packaging reuse/recycling.
• Participate in environmental program, reducing, reusing, recycling packaging.
• Foster a positive teamwork environment.
• Maintain confidentiality related to job.
• Assist Retail Sales Associates as needed.
• Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned.

• Respond well to changing work environment.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Pro system.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Basic computer skills in Word and Excel.
• Work variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts.
• Work independently with little or no supervision.
• Lift 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally; handle bending, twisting, lifting, squatting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Majority of shift spent on feet up to 8 hours per day.
• Obtain a food handlers card.
• Valid driver's license.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Two years warehouse experience preferred.
